(New York, NY) –- The Counter Extremism Project (CEP) released the following statement in response to the apparent terror attack in Manchester, England.
"The Counter Extremism Project strongly condemns tonight's apparent terror attack that claimed the lives of at least 19 people at the conclusion of an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England. Violent extremists continue to deliberately target innocent civilians to advance their radical and perverse objectives. Only through sustained determination and robust coordination can extremism be fought and ultimately eradicated. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families, and friends."
